Most online retailers don't answer customer service questions promptly but do answer sales calls. ![]() They don't post refund unless you ask for them. I can only conclude that this is a deliberate scheme on their part because I have almost two dozen emails showing quite clearly that I followed their complicated instructions to the letter. ![]() They have 121 complaints on file at present. Of the 13 rating levels this is the lowest the BBB gives out. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them, but this is useless because they already have a grade of F with the BBB. When I called they processed only part of it, a core return, but failed to process my caliper return, which also include a core charge. First they made me wait 30 days for a refund. I wanted everyone to know that PartsGeek screwed me over on a parts return and will not credit me for it. ![]()
